I am (R) Col. Oguzhan Oncul, a confident and articulate (R) Officer/ Diplomat with over 25 years’ experience in Counter Terrorism and Special Operations including over 8-year experience in overseas' Area of Operations.
Since my field always required to get in touch with locals closely, I am also very much familiar with communicating with different cultures and also to be able to analyze the environment for physical threat. Besides, my last deployment in Sudan enabled me to gain experience as a diplomat in the area of situational and cultural awareness for Africa.
In addition to that, also I found various chances to improve myself for training the recruits as an instructor in different Area of Operations such as Balkans, Middle East and in my homeland.
My experience as an officer and diplomat enabled me to obtain satisfied experience in the area of plan, coordination and analyze the logistic restraints/constraints to succeed in conducted operations. Also my master degree thesis which is " Configuration Management Implementation in Military Industries (AQAP120)" enabled me to work with different military logistic companies in the field of project management and logistic.
